At Birmingham Sport + Spine, our doctor is certified in levels 1 and 2 to use this evidence-based method to target chronic pain, tightness, and inflammation – helping you move with greater freedom and perform at your peak.
WHAT ELITE CARE MEANS TO US
Elite care isn’t about seeing more patients – it’s about caring for each one better.
To us, elite means time, intention, autonomy, and integration. We remove insurance from the decision-making process so you – not a third part – choose the care that’s right for your body. We believe informed patients make empowered decisions, and our role is to guide, educate, and support – not pressure or dictate.
We operate by appointment only in a calm, intimate environment, allowing us to spend more time listening, assessing, and delivering highly specified care. Your care is never rushed, never cookie-cutter, and never based on a preset plan designed to keep you coming indefinitely.
Instead, we focus on purpose-driven care. We assess where you are, help you reach your goals, and adjust – or conclude – care when it makes sense. Some patients need short-term relief, others benefit from longer-term support, but the choice is always yours.
Our approach blends advanced chiropractic techniques with complementary therapies such as Graston Technique and Cupping, chosen intentionally to support healing, movement, and performance. And when your needs extend beyond our scope, we believe elite care means helping you find the right next step – whether that’s working alongside other healthcare professionals or guiding you toward additional care that better serves you.
Elite care is personal.
Elite care respects your autonomy.
Elite care is integrated, intentional, and designed to move you forward – on your terms.
HOW IT WORKS
